Line your oval brotform with ease.

This custom oval brotform liner is the perfect proofing basket liner to keep your dough from sticking to the cane brotform, making it easier to transfer loaves for baking. Made from cotton, it absorbs some moisture to help create a crispier crust and keeps your brotform cleaner, making prep and cleanup simple. It pairs beautifully with our Oval Brotform.
