Fresh, homemade English muffins are a special treat.

English muffins, hot off the griddle — who knew we could make our own so easily? Our English Muffin Mix combines half of our White Whole Wheat and All-Purpose Flour for the perfect balance of tender texture and rich flavor. Delicious with butter and jam, or as the base for your favorite breakfast sandwich.
