Petite Sourdough Crock
Petite and practical: the perfect sourdough starter jar!
The Petite Sourdough Crock is the perfect size for small-batch sourdough starters, with a 1-pint capacity that helps reduce discard. The ¼" increments let you easily track your starter's rise and determine when it's ready for use or needs a feeding. The stainless steel lid fits loosely to allow gases to escape, creating the ideal environment for fermentation. Two of these crocks fit perfectly in the Sourdough Home, allowing you to have two different types of starters growing at once! Includes a perfectly-sized spatula to help mix and stir your starter.
