Uniquely hot and sweet, candied ginger is one of our faves!

Our candied ginger is fresh and tender, unlike much of the crystallized ginger you get in stores. Use these convenient pieces of candied ginger (irregular chips ranging from 3/8-inch down), as a fantastic addition to scones, cakes and breads.
